Grupo Faria e Irmão

Faria & Irmão, Lda.have carried out their activity in the making of shoe lasts since 1957, thus being the oldest manufacturers in this field in Portugal.

The plant is located in Leiria, the place where the first factories of wooden shoe lasts were horn.

Faria & Irmão, Lda. rose from the courage and spirit of adventure of two brothers, Acácio Faria Lopes and Alberto Faria Lopes who come from a family of farmers.

As from the 60´s, the image and the success of this firm settled in the shoe market. In 1989 it because the Group FI, with industrial plants in Leiria, S. João da Madeira and Felgueiras.

Today, the Group FI, leaders in the shoe last market, faces the future with enthusiasm and confidence, able to guarantee their clients and efficient and personalized service.
